7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

1. Platform Use: Remodify provides a platform to connect users and facilitate transactions. We do not guarantee job outcomes, user performance, or the accuracy of any information provided by users.
2. No Endorsement: Remodify does not endorse or vet users. Users are responsible for verifying credentials, qualifications, and job suitability.
3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remodify is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remodify, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
