I also know the challenges you face: the late nights spent managing schedules, the hustle to find fair opportunities and the constant demand to do more with less. The trades are full of heart but the systems meant to support us often fall short. That’s where my journey began, with an idea that the people who hold up the world deserve better.

This isn’t abstract for me. I’ve been there, on job sites, in the grind, carrying the weight of responsibility that comes with this life. That experience is what drives me every day to create something better. Not just for us but for the communities we serve.
